Off The Hook

From the Street Food Festival of World Trade Center, Urban Retreat is born with the same concept indoors. Different cuisines of Arabic, Italian, American, Filipino, Organic Foods and Coffee shop. One of the safest I could take is the seafood-Filipino style. The first time I tried Off the Hook on their soft opening (2016) where we played Cashflow 101 with Dubai Financial Events. Next, around January 2017 on their Airport Road branch. It wasn’t that “known” that we were the ones eating on a Friday.

I bought the Super Saver Shellfish that includes with rice, softdrinks, crab, mussels and shrimp. Even with the “mild” spice, it made me rush to drink the softdrink to relieve the spiciness. The sauce was TOO OILY (though they say that the savory sauce causes increased appetite) and didn’t include any crab/shrimp cracker 🤦🏻Practically, it is better to take the saver option than group menu, since in a group there is always a slow eater and a black hole eater.
