Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi: Urban Kitchen

We got invited to a dinner buffet at Urban Kitchen of Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi.

Fruits, desserts, meat, fish and noodles are offered for selection. Tabouleh is an Arabic salad filled with tomato, onion, lemon juice, olive oil, parsley filled with a dressing (some variations can be added).

I’ve been missing the taste of Ramen, and this is the closest one I can get. The Chinese Noodle station is up to your preference of ingredients. I don’t know if it’s due to my cold that I didn’t like the taste, it was bland for me but fine for others.

I was hoping they will have cheesecake 😞 The blueberry sago is a first in my eyes. Most of the desserts in a buffet are more of creams and countless cakes.

Gutierrez family is generous enough to make this quality-time-Christmas-party-dinner possible. Ate Ochi is my former roommate when I was single. We easily get along and sometimes cook for each other’s baon.

At the end of the dinner, I got constipated because of the fresh orange juice (My system doesn’t like orange fruit even before I was having a fever).  The food is so-so. I’m not used to eat much during dinner (red rice for the win!) and it caused me to sleep early than usual. As for the price I cannot tell you since it was sponsored.
